GovTrust posts selected pre-award needs in blind form so capable companies can identify a fit without exposing the public owner, solicitation, pricing, or bid strategy.
Qualified companies may request controlled details after a short fit review. Registration is free, non-exclusive, and built for ongoing relationships—not one-time quote collection.

Register capabilitiesHow GovTrust selects partners
GovTrust remains accountable for the complete requirement. We select partners based on overall fit—not a low number detached from scope, documentation, terms, capacity, or delivery risk.
Clear confirmation of what is included, excluded, assumed, or proposed as an alternate.
Timely questions, complete proposals, and direct communication when a requirement cannot be met.
Product data, authorizations, insurance, certifications, payroll, origin, delivery, or closeout records as applicable.
Transparent pricing, freight, taxes, lead time, payment terms, warranty, exceptions, and capacity.
A controlled four-step process
Identify the relevant opportunity or partner category and give us enough information to understand fit.
GovTrust checks scope alignment, geography, capacity, authorization, documentation readiness, and response timing.
When there is a credible fit, GovTrust may provide the project-specific documents and commercial instructions needed to respond.
Pricing, qualifications, exceptions, terms, and capacity are evaluated together before any partner commitment.
Express partner interest
This is a first-stage fit screen—not a full prequalification package. If there is alignment, GovTrust may request only the additional documents needed for the specific opportunity.
These summaries describe potential GovTrust pursuits and partner-network needs. They are not owner-issued solicitations, invitations to bid, or commitments by GovTrust to submit, contract, or award work. Scope, schedule, requirements, and availability may change or be withdrawn. A submission does not create exclusivity, authorize work, guarantee access to documents, establish a subcontract or purchase order, or promise selection, award, or payment. Do not reserve inventory, manufacture, ship, mobilize, or perform work without a written GovTrust Partners purchase order or subcontract.
